Please provide your name, number breed of animal, and available appointment times, when texting or emailing.   Also inform us of temperament of pet, groom history, any medical issues, and what you want done.  We will respond to your messages by the end of the business day. On the day of the groom please let the groomer know if you have special requests/how you do or don't want to see the pet.  Our groomers are experts in their area and want the owner to be 100% with the groom..
